Well, I can’t speak for changes, shifting, shaking, stretching, headaches, and rearranging of other local churches, but I can’t certainly speak for ours.

This last Sunday, I awoke to a whisper of the Holy Spirit: “I have shifted the season into the TIME OF LAUNCHING.” It came to me like just about every other sudden insight from the Lord.

This is significant for the church body because of the atmosphere created in a new season. Each season in the Kingdom has it’s own purpose and it’s own anointing. This makes itself known in the overall fruit after the season is over.

It’s specifically important to know the season we are in so that we do not work against what the Lord is doing and also so that we know that it is okay to make certain changes at times.

I believe he Lord was showing me that He will be releasing His Original Intent for each of us during this season. I know enough about prophetic insight to understand that the Lord has a whole different realm which He is viewing things from.

The past seasons could of had their poor attempts at sculpting who we are and how we function. The Lord has a way of tolerating those seasons even to battle against us for a time. But the Lord always comes around and shows the enemy who’s in charge and ultimately whose plan will avail.

The Lord said to us in late 2007, “Shift is coming.” We had no idea what He meant by that. He really meant what He said.

Late 2008, the Lord said, “Another 15 months of shifting is coming. It will come to a close in March and April of 2010.”

This Sunday, the Lord said, “The new season is here.”

We are about to see many things “launch” according to the Lord’s plans. Things which have been on the shelf and both purposes and promises will come alive starting now.

The word of God says to everything there is a time. Let’s respond by letting the Lord do as He pleases. Even with this word of “launching,” we have little idea of what all that entails.
